1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on return visits, remember your preferences, and collect usage data. Cookies themselves cannot run programs or deliver viruses — they are simply data files.

We also use related technologies like local storage, session storage, and pixel tags that function similarly to cookies.

4. Your Preferences

When you first visit NexaTrade, a cookie consent banner will appear asking for your preferences. You can update your choices at any time using the preference manager at the top of this page, or by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, nor does it affect processing of strictly necessary cookies.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we embed on the platform. These parties have their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics (analytics.google.com/privacy)
  • Mixpanel — product event tracking (mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
  • Meta Pixel — ad conversion tracking, only if marketing cookies accepted (facebook.com/privacy)
  • TradingView — embedded charting widget (tradingview.com/privacy-policy)
  • Intercom — live chat support widget (intercom.com/privacy)

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can block or delete cookies directly from your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the platform from working. Browser-specific guides:

  • Chrome — Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
  • Firefox — Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge — Settings → Privacy, Search, and Services → Cookies

To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we introduce new features or third-party services. Material changes will be communicated via a banner on the platform. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
